21 DAY RETURN POLICY
Sometimes, things don’t work out... we get it. That’s why we have a flexible returns policy.
At the end of the day, we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. So, we accept returns on most items within 21 days of delivery. Keep reading to find out what qualifies.
All returned items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed, with all clothing tags attached (if applicable) and with all original packaging.
To initiate a returns request:
Your return will be inspected upon receipt to ensure it meets the guidelines for returned merchandise noted above (unworn, unwashed, with original packaging, etc.).
Once we approve your refund, we will credit the original method of payment within 24-48 hours of business days. Refunds will include the amount you paid for the merchandise, including taxes if applicable. The $5 handling fee will be deducted from your refund (If applicable).
We will notify you if we determine that your return is not eligible for a refund. This will occur when the return does not meet the guidelines for returns stated within this policy.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the above time frame, first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
